How Club Photo Day Works
1. Tell Us About Your Club
Contact us with some basic information about your club, including your sport, approximate number of players and preferred photography period.
2. Secure Your Photography Date
Once your photography date has been confirmed, a $200 refundable booking fee is required to reserve the date.
The booking fee is refunded following the scheduled photo day, subject to our rescheduling and cancellation terms.
3. We Help Plan the Schedule
We work with your club to create a photography schedule that keeps teams moving efficiently throughout the session.
We can also provide information for your club to distribute to parents and team managers before photo day.
4. Parents Order Online
Families can select and pay for their preferred photography packages through the club’s dedicated online ordering page.
Your committee doesn’t need to collect order forms or payments.
5. Photo Day
Our team photographs each scheduled player and team according to the agreed timetable.
We aim to create a relaxed, organised environment while keeping the day running efficiently.
6. Editing, Production & Delivery
Photographs are professionally edited and orders are prepared.
Printed products are organised for club distribution, while eligible digital images are delivered electronically.

Secure Your Club Photo Day
A $200 refundable booking fee is required to secure your club’s confirmed photography date.
The booking fee is fully refundable following the scheduled photo day.
If the club reschedules the photography session within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, the booking fee becomes non-refundable.
If photography needs to be rescheduled because of unsafe weather conditions or by mutual agreement with Distinct Photography Australia, the booking fee will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
Full booking and cancellation terms are provided before your photography date is confirmed.

What happens if our club needs to reschedule?
If your club reschedules more than 48 hours before the scheduled photography session, your booking fee can be transferred to the newly agreed date.
If the club reschedules within 48 hours of the scheduled session, the $200 booking fee becomes non-refundable.
What happens if the weather is unsuitable?
Safety comes first.
If weather conditions make photography unsafe or unsuitable and Distinct Photography Australia and the club agree that the session should be postponed, the booking fee will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
