Some common questions we get asked from the clubs looking to parter with us for the team and individual photos. This excludes action shots.

No, there is no booking fees.

We do our best to take on the majority of the administration work associated with your photos, but do ask that you nominate a primary contact person as well as a backup.
The role of the contact person is to:
Notify teams/coaches of the date and time slot of the team photos
Provide information such as the club logo file, Team and players name lists etc.
On club socials, post about the photo day (We are happy to provide marketing images , captions etc).
Email parents about the photo day details (your club specific brochure can be supplied by us).

Once we know the total number of teams and players, we’ll assist the club in drafting a photo day schedule.
Typically, a team with 10 players requires 10 minutes timeslot for taking team and individual photos.

Depends on the size of your Club.
As a reference, follow the below guide:
Up to 200 individuals = 1 session (4hrs)
201 – 425 individuals = 2 Sessions (4hrs each)

Just one, to ensure that the teams are sent for their photos on their allocated time slot.
Distinct Photography Australia will bring sufficient photo crew members to ensure smooth operation on the day.

We’ll set up a dedicated photo order page for your club on this website. We’ll handle all the e-commerce side of things, saving the club committee valuable time.

We will organise the photographs (categorised by teams) and personally deliver them to the club on a mutually agreed date prior to the presentation day for easy distribution.

Yes, we offer 50% discount on all the packages for a limited amount of time.
The exact duration of the discount period will be dependent on the date of the photo session.

We’ll provide all the necessary marketing material, including emails and social media posts (Free of charge).
We kindly request a club representative to post and send these materials prior to the photo session.

Player can come before or after their allocated time slot on the same day and we will be happy to photograph them.
However, we strictly limit the number of such attendees to ensure a manageable and efficient event.

All players will be photographed, even if they choose not to purchase individual photos, as these images are needed for the team photo.

We highly recommend taking photos indoors as it is 100% weatherproof. Most of our photo sessions take place in the clubhouse, as it’s much easier to get consistent lighting for all the teams.

Option 1 : Club orders team photos at discounted rate for all the teams. Every player receives a team photo.
Option 2: Parents order team and individual photos directly from our website.
