How will I know if a player will be posed as a batsman /bowler/wicketkeeper? 

We recommend that parents and players decide their preference ahead of time and communicate it to us during the photo session. If a player is unsure, we will default to posing them as a batsman.

I have more than one child playing at the club, How do I order photos for each child?  

You can easily order photos for multiple children by following these steps:

  1. Select the Preferred Background: Start by choosing the background style you prefer.

  2. Enter Player Details: For each child, complete the player's team and name details.

  3. Add to Cart: After filling out the details for the first child, click the "Add to Cart" button. You will notice the shopping cart icon on the top right, which should now display "1."

  4. Select Background Styles: To add photos for your other children, click on our logo (the camera icon) to return to the home page, where you'll find three different background styles.

  5. Repeat the Process: Repeat steps 1, 2, 3 and 4 for each additional child you want to order photos for. Each time you add a child's details to your cart, the number in your shopping cart will increase accordingly.

  6. Complete Your Order: Once you've added all your children to the shopping cart, proceed to complete your order by entering your payment details.

  7. You're Done!: Congratulations, you've successfully ordered photos for all your children playing at the club.

I like more than one background, How can I order multiple backgrounds? 

You can select your preferred backgrounds and place separate items in the cart for each of them.

 I can’t attend the photo session. Can I still order the portrait photo?

Absolutely! You can take a player's photo at home and send it to us, along with the team name and player's name, at dpa.ask@gmail.com . We will process the photo and, if needed, provide a posing guide to assist you. Please note that the final photo taken at home may vary in quality compared to the studio shot, as the official photo shoot utilises advanced lighting techniques for the best results.

What is the cutoff date to order the photos?

Photos are available to order from 1st Nov 2023 to 15th Dec 2023.

Will I be provided with preview images of my order before placing it?

No, we do not offer preview images before order placement . For volume photography, we strive to process orders efficiently, and this helps us ensure a prompt delivery of your selected items.

Do I get email confirmation of my order?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation immediately after successfully placing your order. Be sure to check your junk mail folder if you don’t find it in your primary inbox.
