A Fundraiser That's Simple to Organise
We take care of the photography and booking process so your committee can focus on promoting the fundraiser to your community.
01 — Choose Your Dates
We work with your organisation to choose suitable photography dates, typically across one or two weekends.
02 — Promote Your Fundraiser
We provide digital promotional material and a booking link that you can share through your newsletter, social media and other community communication channels.
03 — Families Book Online
Families choose an available session time and complete their booking and payment online.
04 — Family Photo Day
Families attend their scheduled 15-minute outdoor photography session at your school or organisation.
05 — Families View Their Photos
After the event, each family receives access to a private online gallery where they can view their photographs and select their included image.
06 — Your Organisation Raises Funds
For every $30 booking, $20 goes directly back to your organisation.
Families can also choose to purchase additional prints, digital images and photography packages through their private gallery.

Distinct Photography Australia is a Brisbane-based, family-run photography business specialising in sports club and community photography.
We're Urvee and Mayank, the husband-and-wife team behind DPA. As parents ourselves, we understand the importance of creating a relaxed and enjoyable photography experience for families — especially when working with children.

Your organisation receives $20 from every $30 family photography booking.

There is no upfront photography fee for your organisation to run the fundraiser. Your main role is to help promote the event to your community using the digital promotional material and booking information we provide.

Each family receives approximately 15 minutes for their outdoor photography session.

Photography sessions are typically held outdoors within the grounds of your school or organisation. We'll work with you beforehand to identify a suitable photography location.
